Dr. Steve Crawford completed his undergraduate and doctoral studies at Parker College of Chiropractic, now Parker University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy degree and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While attending Parker, he worked in one of the school’s public clinics earning him the distinction of Outstanding Intern.

Since graduation, Dr. Crawford has served the people of Louisiana in Monroe, West Monroe, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Shreveport with distinction. Outside of his normal daily practice, Dr. Crawford has served the esteemed athletes of the MLR (Major League Rugby), he has treated Bronze medal winners for Team USA (Rugby) of the Maccabi Games played in Israel during the 21st Maccabiah, athletes earning national titles for Collegiate Rugby, and high school athletes from local public and private schools to those attending the internationally recognized and elite boarding school, The Culver Academies, where his two older children attended. He has also taken care of dancers from various dance academies most notably those from Linda Lavendar School of Dance and Twin City Ballet Company.

Over the almost 24 years Dr. Crawford has been a chiropractor, he has honed his craft using many different techniques. Most notably, Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, Impulse IQ, Toggle, Flexion Distraction, and Extremity adjusting. He is particularly gifted with shoulders.

Dr. Crawford is passionate about the entire spine and whatever is presented before him is his focus. His patient’s care is what drives him most no matter the complaint. He considers it an honor and a privilege to be entrusted with something so important; another person’s health.

A native of his beloved Louisiana, Steve attended West Monroe High School, Northeast Louisiana University, and Louisiana Tech University before making the move to Dallas, TX to attend Parker College of Chiropractic. He has been married to Lisa for more than 3 decades and together, they have three children; Will (Haley) -Houston, Leah -Los Angeles, and Ben (Lillie) -Baton Rouge. They are smitten with their first grandchild, Emory (Will and Haley), and enjoy wrangling their 3 dogs; Sophie, Bandit, and Spade in their spare time. Dr. Crawford and his wife Lisa work and practice in the West Monroe area proudly and consider serving their community a great honor.
